This is similar to fishing on a lake at home with very little chance of rough water. These trips routinely produce outstanding catches of Tarpon, Permit, Snapper, Shark, and Barracuda, just to name a few. Your trip starts in a modern 21' Sea-Pro which was specially built for the shallow back country fishing needs. These boats are powered by 150 hp Mercury outboards and have all the equipment to ensure you enjoy a successful fishing adventure. Each boat can accommodate from 1 to 4 guests. Flats Fishing Flats fishing is accomplished utilizing small skiffs with no more than two anglers, enabling the guide to pole across extremely shallow waters in search of the big three: Tarpon, Permit, and Bonefish. Anglers often equate true flats fishing to hunting. Success on the flats is measured by the ability to visually locate fish, to quietly approach to within casting distance, to precisely place your cast, and to masterfully play the fish during its long runs over the flats.
